The Agri-Business Center is a complex of buildings and grounds which will provide a venue for a variety of events. The total project is broken down into four phases.

Phase I - Completed
Site work and professional services.

Phase II
Construction of arena and attached buildings.

Phase II is the central hub of the total project and will be the major source of income to operate the total facility. It consists of the construction of the arena and supporting buildings as follows:

• The arena is a 71,145 square feet metal system building with air conditioning system. It has a seating capacity of 3,400 in permanent bleachers and additional portable bleachers which will be rented on an as needed basis. The performance floor is 250’ x 150’ with a dirt floor. This will give sufficient space for a variety of events, to include rodeos, motocross events and truck/tractor pull events. Elevated lighting platforms for stage lights will be in this area. In a concert setting, approximately 2,000 portable chairs can be set up on the floor for additional seating. There is room for the stage, which can be rented in concert situations. There is ample space for concession areas and snack bars. The balance of the space in this building is taken up with the lobby, offices, ticket booths, restrooms, and storage.
• The arena has a warm up and staging pavilion attached at the West entrance. This is a 25,000 square feet roofed area with open sides and a dirt floor.
• The arena is designed especially for horse shows, rodeos and other livestock events. To accommodate the animals, a stable barn is in close proximity to the back of the arena. There is a total of 214 covered stalls for horses and other livestock with animal wash bays attached. Restrooms with showers are located in the stable area. An open air exercise arena is located beside the stables. Behind and beside the stables there are 69 RV spots with full hookups including sewer for livestock trailers and recreational vehicles.

Construction of walking trail, picnic pavilions, public restroom facilities, landscaping and paving for streets and parking areas.

Construction of Community Affairs building.
